The Australian Barbell Company Abwheel is a small piece of equipment that can give big results. Using it for rollouts works the midsection core muscles which improves balance and stability. Starting on the knees, the exercise can be made more difficult by moving to the feet and then raising them above the height of the hands.
Features ergonomic moulded handles and a durable polyurethane wheel for a smooth workout.
