Small weight increases are usually the best way to work towards your lifting target. The fractional weight plate set should be part of any serious lifter's arsenal.
The set includes a pair each of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 & 1kg sizes allowing gradual increments to be made easily.
Manufactured from high quality steel and with a very accurate weight tolerance, they're as tough as you'll end up being.
