A Flat Bench is an essential piece of kit for any gym.
Built from heavy-duty steel, with an extra thick cushion for comfort. Finished off in all black, it will fit in with any colour scheme. Complete with castors and a handle making it easy to move around, all the features you need are included. With a simple bolt-together design, you'll be up and running within a few minutes of taking out of the box.
