Creating an uneven and shifting mass works your core and stabilising muscles far more than traditional stable training implements such as barbells and dumbbells. Aqua bags achieve this by using water which moves unpredictably inside the bag.
Manufactured from heavy-duty PVC, simply fill with enough water to give your desired weight- the bag is conveniently marked in 5kg increments to make this easy. Two sets of soft neoprene handles allow you to use differing grips to perform a large range of exercises. A dual valve for allows for both air or water inflation. A foot pump is included so all you need to do is literally "just add water" and train away.
